JOB DESCRIPTION

Description

SAIC is seeking an experienced Trainer to serve as the Drivers Trainer in support of our AFRICAP Counter Boko Haram Task Order (TO) across multiple Sub-Saharan nations in Africa. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Works under the direction of the Lead Vehicle Trainer.

Delivers training in accordance with the approved program of instruction to the target audience.

Organizes the lesson material and prepares the training site to promote effective learning.

Evaluates student comprehension and adjusts the speed of training to ensure comprehension.

Administers test and practical exercises.

Organizes remedial training for frustrated learners.

THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON GOVERNMENT AWARD

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Previous military experience as a wheeled vehicle driver.

Previous military experience as a trainer.

Directly related experience operating and living in areas with limited life cycle support in hardship conditions.
