After spending 6 days in the Gambia, and watching 3 hours of continuous rains, I have concluded that the present government is sleeping at the wheels. The whole structure of KMC is a failure. This is equally true of the remaining administrative areas, including Banjul.

KMC administration should be decentralized so that each town can administratively administer itself and compete with other towns. After heavy rains, vehicles could not ply on most of the secondary roads.

This government has failed the Gambian people. We do need a system change.

COMMENTS

Kawsu Koringbaa Sanyang Poor infrastructure particularly bad roads has been with us since independence, the blame squarely lies with the two previous government not this one. I hope the present government work with urgency to fix these deplorable conditions.
